Description: Collaboration between agencies, courts, and community stakeholders is vital to meet the goal of ensuring the educational needs of students in foster care are met. However, school districts, child welfare agencies, and organizations that support students in foster care often struggle to create effective and meaningful cross-system partnerships. During this webinar, participants will learn about the importance of building diverse coalitions, hear about best practices around building interagency and multidisciplinary partnerships, and discuss strategies to improve engagement of local stakeholders and increase buy-in from key partners. This webinar is intended for FYSCP staff.
