FYSCP Community of Practice
Presenters: TAP Team & FYSCPs
The Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) Community of Practice (CoP) is a casual meeting space open to all FYSCP Coordinators and FYSCP program staff. The meeting is to connect with FYSCP colleagues and members of the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) team to discuss relevant and valuable topics important to the FYSCP community. An FYSCP program is also selected for each meeting to share and highlight their work with attendees.

Trauma Responsive Schools: The Four Pillars Virtual Training Series
The four pillars of trauma responsive schools are essential to understanding the impact of trauma on students in foster care and our community at large. FYSCP TAP is offering a four-part virtual series for FYSCP staff and partners.

FYSCP Regional Meetings
Regional meeting attendance is a grant requirement for all FYSCPs. The meetings are intended for the FYSCP primary coordinator contact. Additional FYSCP staff may attend as needed. The FYSCP coordinator should attend the meeting for their designated region whenever possible and may attend one regional meeting for each fall and spring session. The primary FYSCP Coordinator contact must download the Notice of Designee Participation for Required Event Form and send a completed copy to the CDE team at fosteryouth@cde.ca.gov if they are not attending a required event.
