FYSCP Coordinator Role
Foster Youth Services Coordinating Programs (FYSCPs) were established by the Legislature in 2015 so that the county office of education (COE) could support interagency collaboration and capacity building, both at the system and individual pupil level. The purpose of the FYSCP is to expand access to services and to assist LEAs in the delivery of direct services for foster youth with the explicit goal of improving foster youth educational outcomes.
